Spark Innovation

Everyone talks about innovation, but how do you really make it happen?

As part of this program, we will ask you to view a 30 minute prep video prior to event. Also included in the free registration are two post event webinars which will help you put your learnings into action.

We will give you the tools and knowledge to drive ‘meaningfully unique’ ideas faster. This hands-on, engaging workshop will give you an introduction to Innovation Engineering (IE) and teach you how to use the IE tools to accelerate ideas for new or improved products, services and processes within your organization.

In this workshop you will:

  • Define what innovation really is
  • Get better ideas faster
  • Communicate your ideas effectively
  • Test and improve your ideas
  • Do quick math to ‘sell’ your idea with a business case

You’ve had a day of innovation training. So now what?

In the post-event webinar we will dive into what it takes for you to apply what you have learned in the one-day training. We will cover how to determine your mission; how to put an innovation team together; how to choose the right idea; all the way to how to use math as the gas pedal so that you can hit the ground running with your new innovative idea. Training is only as good as how you use what you learn to make a meaningful difference in your organization. This webinar will help you make the training concepts real in your work.
